It's still the month of love so please allow me to talk about love and love and love. :)
Those who read my posts every now and then would probably know that I am and have been in a long distance relationship. My then-boyfriend-now-husband works overseas. And though we are miles and miles apart, I could still feel the love growing more and more everyday. :) *giddy smile*
I was doing the laundry early this morning when myx opm played this song. I remembered everything so clearly. I was full of love. I miss my husband more.
But anyway, what I really want to write about is something that happened a little more than 7 years ago. Yes, the day when we were not yet a couple.
7 years ago, things were going well and better than we hoped for and expected but we were still in the position where we just let it be and wait for God's perfect timing. We know what we were feeling but do not have the courage (or I do not have the courage...yet) to admit what was going on.
One day, he just surprised me one day with my favorite chocolate and a song he said he felt was for us. :D
He played the song and sang with it. Though he doesn't have the ear and the voice for it, him singing with his heart was more than enough for me. It made me and my heart smile from ear to ear. It was priceless.
We were not yet a couple then but I know that God will give me the man that He knows is the BEST for me. And I was thankful that my hubby is indeed the best man for me. Our situation may be difficult but with God, nothing is impossible.
